1. Delivery Partner
All orders are shipped through PostEx Courier Service across Pakistan.
2. Delivery Areas
We deliver to all major cities and remote areas across Pakistan where PostEx service is available. (PostEx Pakistan)
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
4. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and parcel weight.
Any free shipping offer will be clearly mentioned during promotions.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) through PostEx.
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel and make payment.
7. Delivery Attempts
If the customer is unavailable, PostEx usually makes a second delivery attempt on the next business day. (Postex)
If the parcel remains undelivered after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us.
8. Returned Orders
If an order is refused, unreachable, or undelivered, it may be marked as Returned to Shipper (RTO) and sent back to us by PostEx. (Postex)
In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply for sending the order again.
9. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor delivery status through PostEx tracking. (PostEx Pakistan)
