Refund policy
At SHABZÉ, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.
1. Return Period
Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the order.
2. Eligibility for Return
Items are eligible for return only if:

The item is unused and unworn

It is in its original packaging

All tags and labels are intact

The item is not damaged due to customer misuse

The request is made within 7 days of delivery
3. Accepted Return / Exchange Reasons
Returns or exchanges will be accepted in the following cases:

Wrong item delivered

Damaged item received

Defective product
-
Missing item in parcel

Size issue (if applicable)
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Used or worn items

Sale / discounted items
-
Customized or personalized products

Items damaged after use

Change of mind after using the product
5. Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued in the following situations:

The requested exchange item is out of stock

A wrong or defective item is confirmed

A prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch
Refund Processing Time: 3–7 working days
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made through:

JazzCash
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If the return is due to customer preference (such as size change or change of mind), the customer will bear the courier charges.
If the wrong or damaged item was sent by us, SHABZÉ will cover the return shipping charges.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once the order has been shipped through PostEx, cancellation is no longer possible.
If a customer refuses to receive the parcel after dispatch, future orders may require advance payment.
8. Courier Returns (PostEx)
We use PostEx for all deliveries.
If a parcel is not received, refused, or undelivered after delivery attempts, it may be returned to us through the courier service.
In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply for sending the parcel again.
